About the Role: Parcc Associates is representing a leading, privately held manufacturer specializing in precision injection molded plastics and medical device components. Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager (SAM) to develop and grow customer relationships while driving sales performance in the plastics and medical device sectors. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and expand relationships with new and existing customers in the medical device and plastics industries. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, accurately conveying requirements internally to develop quotes and proposals. • Deliver proposals, gain customer commitment, and ensure all project timelines are met. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product or process issues and identify improvement opportunities. • Provide accurate sales reporting, including weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts. • Manage multiple projects while consistently meeting profitability, scheduling, and quality targets. Qualifications & Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in plastics manufacturing, injection molding, or medical device components. • Proven track record of driving sales and growing accounts. • Expertise in injection molding processes, tool building, and plastics manufacturing. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
