Director of Operations – Sales & Installation Paramount Fence | Southeast Michigan Paramount Fence is a leading, award-winning fence contractor serving Southeast Michigan. As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a hands-on Director of Operations to take full ownership of sales execution, installation performance, subcontractor management, and field operations. This role is built for an experienced fence or construction operator who knows how to run jobs, manage subs, protect margin, and deliver a consistently strong customer experience. What You’ll Own • End-to-end performance across sales execution, estimating accuracy, and installation delivery • Subcontractor productivity, quality, safety, and compliance • Gross margin improvement through better estimating, labor efficiency, and rework reduction • Operational KPIs, backlog visibility, and capacity planning • Team leadership across sales, operations, and installation • Customer satisfaction from estimate through final install This is not a desk role. You’ll be in the field, in the numbers, and with the team.
