About the Role We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Environmental Planning & Compliance team in Seattle. In this role, you’ll provide essential project support to help deliver a variety of meaningful and impactful projects. This position allows a hybrid schedule, with time in the Seattle office for team and client collaboration. You Will: * Provide coordination and administrative support across project lifecycles, including setup, scope and budget development, reporting, status tracking, and meeting coordination. * Perform quality control on project documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards. * Maintain organized project files and master documents with strong version control. * Support preparation and quality assurance of client deliverables. * Assist with contract coordination, invoice processing, budget tracking, and accurate data entry. * Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, internal teams, and clients to keep projects on schedule and within budget. * Support construction management tasks, including submittals, certified payroll review, and project correspondence. * Build strong relationships with project teams to support clear communication and successful project delivery. You Have: * 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry, handling tasks such as scope preparation, budgeting, invoicing, cost tracking, QA/QC, and project closeout. * Technical editing and document proofing experience. * Experience coordinating and tracking project work, monitoring schedules and budgets, calculating earned value, managing deliverables, and supporting teams with project deadlines and client commitments. * Technical experience in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and SharePoint. Experience in technical report editing and formatting. Experience with BST10 and Emburse knowledge will be a bonus. * Strong interpersonal skills, working closely with project teams, managers, and clients to support project delivery. Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $31.25-$38.50/hour. Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. Our compensation structure prioritizes transparency and internal pay equity.
