Job Summary and Qualifications The Manager Business Intelligence (BI) Development is responsible for supporting the Operations Support and Analytics department analytics and reporting platforms. This position will also focus on financial analytics related to all Parallon service lines, including but not limited to net revenue analysis, staffing and labor management, cash flow and costs. This individual will support a culture of high performance and continuous improvement and should possess excellent and proven leadership, communication and financial analytical skills. What you will do in this role: • Performs enterprise wide analytics for net revenue, cash flow, service lines, labor management. • Self-starter, self-sufficient in building and maintaining analytics and reporting solutions from start to end • Ability to learn, apply and implement new reporting, analytics and automation technologies • Drives business decisions through the use of analytics. • Ensures accuracy and integrity for reporting • Champion innovation, leading practices and continuous improvement within finance operations including net revenue analysis and labor management. • Keeps Parallon Leadership management abreast of all significant matters through formal reporting and informal notification when needed • Provides staffing efficiency analysis through the use of analytic reviews • Facilitation of work sessions to identify gaps and develop proposed staffing/technology efficiency proposals. • Analyzes staff scheduling and staffing data and processes and provides efficiency recommendations in line with corporate objectives. What qualifications you will need: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Math or Data Analytics required; Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance highly preferred • Minimum 5 years total business experience or professional work experience in a related field required. • Proficient using SQL, Python and Power BI. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including but not limited to Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate. • Experience in the financial operations of a major organization including financial analytics with specific focus on HCA/Parallon data infrastructure. • Experience within healthcare provider finance operations, operational consolidation and shared services a plus. • CPA Highly Preferred Parallon provides full-service revenue cycle management, or total patient account resolution, for HCA Healthcare. Our services include scheduling, registration, insurance verification, hospital billing, revenue integrity, collections, payment compliance, credentialing, health information management, customer service, payroll and physician billing.
