JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The Operations Manager helps coordinate theater and food and beverage operations to achieve Paragon’s goals. The Operations Manager also supports the management team by communicating expectations to all associates in a professional and safe work environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Ensuring that associates satisfy all Paragon Theaters guest service standards • Performing daily opening, closing, operational, and administrative duties • Ensuring proper staffing in each area • Assisting with hiring, training, and appropriately handling associates in all areas • Collaborating effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, guests, vendors, and corporate partners • Listening, communicating, and working to resolve guest concerns. • Delivering timely results with minimal supervision • Maintaining regular personal attendance for all scheduled shifts • All other functions as designated by the General Manager JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Must be 21 years old or older. • Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality business (bar, restaurant, etc.) • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience • Ability to obtain any required alcohol service licenses or certifications • Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. • 1-2 years of experience in a casual-dining environment. • Working knowledge of all staff functions • Supervisor experience • Culinary, or equivalent experience • * Full Benefits (including Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Other Insurances, 401k, PTO, etc.) • * 4–6-week MIT Training Program Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
