This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States, Colorado (USA), Florida (USA) Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality architectural panels and steel products. We are committed to providing our clients with innovative and sustainable solutions for their construction projects. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CDD Analyst to join our team. The CDD Analyst will be responsible for conducting customer due diligence (CDD) activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to mitigate potential risks. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) activities in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements - Review and analyze customer information to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) regulations - Perform enhanced due diligence (EDD) on high-risk customers - Monitor and review customer transactions for suspicious activities - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of CDD activities and findings - Collaborate with other departments to ensure CDD processes are followed and any issues are addressed in a timely manner - Stay updated on regulatory changes and make necessary updates to CDD processes and procedures - Assist with training and educating employees on CDD policies and procedures - Conduct periodic reviews of existing customers to ensure ongoing compliance - Report any suspicious activities or potential risks to the appropriate authorities - Participate in internal and external audits related to CDD activities Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry - Strong understanding of AML and KYC regulations and best practices - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software If you are a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of CDD and regulatory requirements, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL.
