Extensive experience in business analysis, requirements documentation, UAT, and data analysis; HR Technology and ServiceNow HRSD experience preferred.
Position: HR Technology Analyst (ServiceNow) Location: Chattanooga, TN (REMOTE) Summary: • The HR Technology Analyst will work closely with Human Resources & Controls (HR&C), IT teams, and business units on various initiatives • Must have experience with gathering and documenting requirements • Must have experience with conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • HR Technology Analysis experience is preferred • ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience is preferred • This position is Remote, with occasional travel to Chattanooga, TN Responsibilities: • Promotes a people-first culture throughout the respective organization • Exhibits and encourages exceptional performance and teamwork across the Human Resources & Controls (HR&C) organization • Fosters a culture of accountability, trust, collaboration, development, and results consistent with short- and long-term objectives of the HR&C organization • Ensures business-specific requirements are included during product development; coordinates all measures relating to system acceptance • Reviews product roadmaps and evaluates feasibility of new functionality • Supports system upgrades by preparing necessary communication and organizing test cycles with system specialists and users • Serves as a key contributor in maintaining data integrity by monitoring requests and inputs • Executes, reviews, and reacts to data audit findings; recommends and initiates corrective actions • Manages system access and security, including related audits • Responsible for system testing, maintenance of interfaces, security roles, and configuration • Works with external vendors to ensure data integrity for various HR&C processes • Manages interdependencies between internal and external systems, including single and bi-directional data feeds between HR systems and external vendors, as well as connections with other internal HR&C and IT systems • Troubleshoots and analyzes system issues and deficiencies; identifies and recommends solutions • Maintains in-depth HR data knowledge and thorough understanding of how internal and external customers use HR data • Identifies and analyzes new data requirements and provides alternatives • Ensures data integrity and consistency; complies with internal data retention, retrieval, and disposal policies • Monitors and maintains Solution Center-related system processes • Performs other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications: • 3-5+ years of Information Technology (IT) Business Analysis experience using Agile/Waterfall methodologies • Must have experience with gathering and documenting requirements • Must have experience with conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Experience with conducting Data Analysis to support decision-making and identify trends • Strong business acumen, with analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; equivalent real-world work experience will be considered • Information Technology/Utilities/Oil & Gas/Energy/Government industry experience is preferred • HR Technology Analysis experience is preferred • ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience is preferred Why Join Paradigm At Paradigm, integrity drives innovation.
