Full Description

This is a remote position. Paradigm is looking for a Product Designer to join our client's team for a 6–8 week engagement to support the design of our course authoring tool. You’ll primarily focus on executing design tasks while contributing input on direction alongside their product and design team. As a Product Designer you will: Create and refine designs in Figma, with strong use of design systems and components Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers in an agile environment Incorporate stakeholder feedback and data into design decisions Present and explain your work clearly to cross-functional partners Requirements Our skills and experience wish list includes: 3+ years of product design experience Intermediate Figma skills with solid experience in design systems and components Strong collaboration skills and proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams General understanding of AI concepts and how they inform modern product design Experience incorporating feedback and data into design decisions Familiarity with tools like Miro and Jira Benefits Paradigm offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, PTO, and sick days.
