Job Description Project Manager – Utilities (Civil Engineering) Location: Houston Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Senior (8+ years) License Required: Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) About The Opportunity Are you a seasoned civil engineer with a passion for delivering complex utility infrastructure projects? We’re looking for a strategic and solutions-focused Project Manager to lead essential utility projects that improve how communities access critical services like water, sewer, and power. In this role, you’ll take ownership of full project delivery—driving the design, coordination, and execution of utility infrastructure from the ground up. Whether it’s managing the upgrade of water mains in growing suburbs, delivering large-scale wastewater treatment improvements, or coordinating with councils on critical utility relocations, your work will directly impact the reliability and sustainability of urban infrastructure.
