Your goal will be to ensure our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps teams operate efficiently and can scale effectively. CPQ Functional Management: Serve as the internal lead for Salesforce CPQ; own the functional logic for pricing and packaging to ensure deal accuracy, while managing the data structures necessary for company metrics. Full-Stack GTM Administration: Act as the primary administrator for the entire GTM ecosystem—including Salesforce, Gong, and other platforms—ensuring seamless tool integration and unified data flows for a 360-degree view of the customer. Roadmap & Project Leadership: Own the GTM systems roadmap; evaluate departmental needs through the lens of data visibility and user experience, recommend prioritization based on ROI, and lead full-lifecycle projects from scoping to deployment. Requirements Translation: Bridge the gap between non-technical stakeholders and system builds by creating functional specifications and process flowcharts that prioritize both user experience and downstream reporting accuracy. Change Management & Enablement: Lead the rollout of new features, overseeing technical documentation and training, while tracking system adoption metrics to ensure the tools are delivering the intended business value. Data Governance & Quality: Architect scalable data structures and object relationships to maintain a strict "source of truth"; manage system permissions and data quality standards to ensure the integrity of all GTM analytics and forecasting. 6–10+ years in Business Systems, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations within a high-growth SaaS environment. You have a proven track record of owning the tech stack for a scaling organization. Deep expertise with Salesforce (admin configuration, automation tools, data model design, integrations).
