Join us and take the first step toward a sparkling career!  About the Team:    As a Process Optimization Intern, you will….  Support the development, documentation, and enhancement of standardized retail processes.  Conduct time & motion studies, root cause analyses, and workflow observations to identify improvement opportunities.  Assist with the rollout of process pilots in select stores, collecting data and feedback to measure impact.  Build and maintain process maps, SOPs, and visual aids using tools like Visio or Miro.  Analyze operational data to support decision-making using Excel, PowerBI, or similar analytics platforms.  Partner with store teams, field leaders, and cross-functional departments to understand pain points and propose solutions.  Support the creation of training materials and communications related to new process implementations.  Collaborate on labor planning, retail standards, or customer experience projects to drive continuous improvement.    Craft your career with us if you have:    Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.  Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising junior or senior at the time of application.  Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.  Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment.  Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools preferred.  Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to meaningful projects.      New York City OR Maryland: $18.50 About Pandora:      Pandora is the world's largest jewellery brand, specialising in the design, crafting and marketing of accessible luxury jewellery made from high-quality materials.
