Your Role as an Assistant Operations Manager: As an essential member of the team, you will manage the operations of a single store, which includes hiring, supervising, and guiding team members to ensure financial goals are achieved while providing outstanding guest experiences. You'll have the chance to transform your store into a successful venture, and our intensive training program lasting three weeks or more will prepare you for excellence. Desired Skills & Experience: • High school diploma required • Willingness to work in various locations within a 50-mile radius • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends • Food Safety: Serve Safe certification is required Work Environment Considerations: This role involves working in potentially hot environments due to food preparation and service. You will be required to stand for long periods and may need to lift up to 50 lbs. Workspaces can be confined, and our kitchen settings are fast-paced and noisy.
