Do you love teaching people fun things WITHOUT feeling like a kindergarten art teacher covered in glue? Do you want a flexible, creative side gig where you get paid to hang out and make adorable projects? WELCOME TO PANACHE! We host trendy, hands-on craft events in bars, breweries, and cool venues — and we’re expanding! We’re looking for friendly, creative, organized people to run craft nights in your city. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Host fun craft nights (GNOMES! CHUNKY KNIT BLANKETS! RESIN ART! MACRAMÉ!) • Find & coordinate with local bars/breweries to schedule events (you control your schedule!) • Arrive early to set up (we give you the supplies!) • Teach the craft step-by-step • Be the friendly, fun “vibe captain” for the night • Clean up after (nothing crazy) • Occasionally lead private parties (birthdays, bachelorette parties, corporate events) WHAT YOU GET • Training provided (no teaching / art degree required!) • Starter kit + supplies provided • Flexible schedule - you pick your own event nights • Flat rate per event + tips • Commission opportunities for ticket referrals and private party upsells • Priority booking in your territory • Fun, creative atmosphere - no corporate cubicle energy here ⭐ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Outgoing and comfortable talking to groups • Responsible and organized • Creative or crafty (we train you on our projects but it helps to be at least a little crafty!) • Good with time management • Able to lift/carry lightweight boxes of supplies • 21+ required (because… bars) • Must have evenings / weekends available • Must be able to commit to at least 2 events per month • Bonus if you know local bars or breweries!
