Job Description: • Drive the execution of Network Security consulting business • Architect the operating model for technical delivery • Ensure alignment and delivery of business outcomes • Act as the Leadership Sponsor for strategic accounts • Build and develop a high-performing team of technical professionals • Maintain high utilization of PS consultants through optimal planning • Achieve global service margin targets • Build relationships with subcontractors and delivery partners • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction • Drive continuous improvement across the delivery of Professional Services Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Support • 5+ years in a formal leadership role managing regional and/or matrixed teams • Strong foundational understanding of Internet security concepts and products • Knowledge of NGFW and SASE architecture • Experience managing performance against KPIs related to deployment, adoption, margin, and utilization • Skills in Professional Services Automation and Sales Management tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Undergraduate degree in a related field or commensurate experience • Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP and/or PMP highly desirable • Ability to travel up to 25%+ domestically to customer sites Benefits: • Restricted stock units • Bonus
