Who We Are HC Intellect is a tech-enabled revenue cycle company. We help healthcare providers stop losing money to bad billing and slow collections. HQ is in Milwaukee, operations in Chennai, but this role is 100% U.S.-based and remote. What You’ll Do This is not a cushy corporate sales job. We don’t have layers of junior sales and marketing support. You’ll be the point of the spear. Call and email new prospects (outbound). Respond to warm leads (inbound). Talk to healthcare executives (CFOs, physicians, practice owners). Run discovery calls, pitch, handle objections, and close deals. Manage your own pipeline. Work directly with the CEO. If you can take a lead from first contact to signed deal, you’ll do well here. Who You Are You’ve sold before. Ideally in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, or services. You know how to hunt, not just wait for leads. You like being paid based on performance (uncapped). You’re hungry, persistent, and don’t need hand-holding. You want to make a lot of money and grow with a company that’s scaling fast. What We Offer Base salary + uncapped commission. Direct access to the CEO. Remote role (must be in the U.S.).
