This role plays a vital part in maintaining compliance and ensuring seamless coordination with providers, leadership, and internal departments. This position may be performed fully remote or on-site, depending on organizational needs and candidate suitability. Base Compensation Range: $18.00 - $27.83 hourly, based on years of relevant experience. "Relevant experience" means relevant to the employee's responsibilities set forth in the job description as determined by the HR Manager, CAO, applicable department manager/director and applicable senior leader. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Assist with provider credentialing, re-credentialing, and privileging Support peer review assignment and follow-up Manage payer enrollment for individual providers, including tracking and coordination with Revenue Cycle Maintain provider records, licenses, DEA registrations, malpractice coverage, and CAQH profiles Accurately capture and maintain medical staff and committee meeting minutes Assist with provider onboarding, offboarding, and recruiting Support MSO surveys, audits, and external verification requests Communicate professionally with providers, staff, payers, and external partners Perform other administrative and departmental duties as assigned Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience Experience in medical staff credentialing and privileging strongly preferred, but not required Proficiency with Microsoft Office, data entry, and spreadsheets Certifications & Skills Current AHA BLS (Heartsaver) certification (required) Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion and attention to detail Language Fluency in English required Additional languages are a plus Work Environment Remote or office-based work environment Frequent collaboration with providers and leadership Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and interruptions Cross-training required to support MSO leadership, HR Administrative Support, and Board Governance Our Culture We live our WISER values: Wholeness • Integrity • Stewardship • Excellence • Respect We are committed to service excellence, teamwork, and a respectful workplace.
