Job Description: • Active sourcing for international roles (e.g., Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Ireland) • Handling incoming applications from international markets • Managing the entire recruiting process: from job posting to the final hiring stage • Independently conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidates • Maintaining structured communication with candidates and close coordination with management • Supporting meetings with executive management as part of international expansion Requirements: • Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in an international environment • Business-fluent English, spoken and written • French language skills are a plus • Comfort interacting with candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds • Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented work style • Analytical understanding and the ability to identify and proactively recommend suitable candidates • Enjoyment of working with people and enthusiasm for international growth Benefits: • Varied and responsible tasks within a professional, dynamic team • Position at a growing, agile company with flat hierarchies • 100% remote work • Exciting development opportunities and significant scope to shape your role • In addition to your regular vacation days: a half day off on December 24 and on December 31
