The Role: Lead Deal MakerWe are seeking a Strategic Commercial Consultant to serve as a lead Deal Maker for our organization. This is not a standard sales role; it is an opportunity to act as a principal architect of our commercial growth, leveraging the global scale of LG to close high-value agreements with hyperscalers, neoclouds, enterprises, and colocation providers. Scope of Engagement:The Consultant will be responsible for driving high-velocity market entry and securing long-term infrastructure partnerships. Key areas of focus include: • Strategic Deal Origination: Identify and engage C-suite stakeholders within the data center ecosystem to initiate high-value commercial conversations. • Complex Negotiations: Lead the negotiation of large-scale service agreements and colocation contracts, navigating the technical complexities of power density, utility interconnections, and SLA risk mitigation. • Value Strategy & Presentation: Tailor PADO’s value proposition to specific enterprise needs, demonstrating the ROI of our Digital Twin and workload orchestration layers. • LG Integration Advisory: Consult on the deployment of "One LG" solutions, identifying opportunities where LG’s hardware (BESS/Cooling) and PADO’s software create a unique competitive advantage for the client. • Pipeline Acceleration: Manage a high-stakes pipeline with precision, providing the executive team with strategic insights into market shifts and competitor positioning. • Industry Advocacy: Represent PADO as a thought leader at key industry forums to drive brand authority and lead generation. Qualifications & Requirements: • Infrastructure Mastery: 10+ years of experience in the data center infrastructure sectors with a deep professional network among developers, owners, and tenants. • Proven "Deal Maker" Status: A documented history of closing seven-figure and eight-figure infrastructure or enterprise SaaS deals. • Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss PUE, thermal management, grid-aware load shifting, and GPU-heavy workload orchestration at a deep level with engineering and operations leads. • Entrepreneurial Agility: Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, building the commercial "playbook" while simultaneously executing on it.
