About the role: As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing and maintaining the systems, processes, and data that drive revenue-generating teams. Your core focus will be on managing and enhancing CRM (Salesforce) data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and automation — enabling better decision-making across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about operational efficiency. Responsibilities: CRM Data Management & Optimization Audit, cleanse, and standardize CRM data to ensure high integrity and usability Identify areas where data is inconsistent and improve accuracy Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support cross-functional needs (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Overall Business). Pressure test CRM workflows and data pipelines to ensure scalability and reliability Revenue Insights & Reporting Analyze revenue performance metrics across the funnel (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, sales velocity) Generate adhoc reports to support overall GTM strategy Document data trends defined by Revenue Operations Process Design & Optimization Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies with how data is captured and leveraged day to day Develop and document scalable processes that improve cross-team alignment and operational consistency Work with sales and marketing stakeholders to refine process, data, and automation. Tool & Systems Manage integrations between CRM and other revenue tools Partner with internal teams to scope system improvements and ensure smooth implementations Act as a power user for CRM and related platforms Skills & Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical role, with a focus on CRM (Salesforce) data management, reporting, and cross-functional process improvement Strong experience working with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Excel) Familiarity with data hygiene best practices, automation tools Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and process-oriented mindset. The actual OTE will vary based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity and market data for their location.
