Provide recruiting support by sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, managing job boards and applicant tracking systems, and collaborating with HR and operations to fill positions within assigned region.
Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field, five years recruiting experience preferred, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to analyze business documents and draft reports.
General Purpose The Regional Recruiter provides recruiting support to hiring managers across the assigned region. Essential Duties • Fill all required positions within facilities located in the assigned region. • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications. • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. • Design and develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates. • Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, etc. • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. • Manage all job boards and applicant tracking systems for assigned facilities. • Work closely with Human Resources and Operations in assigned buildings to share best practices, help on critical needs, and coordinate on all talent initiatives Supervisory Requirements This position does not have supervisory requirements. Qualification Education and/or Experience • Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field. • Five (5) years of recruiting experience preferred. • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. • Ability to draft reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees. • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situation.
