To support our continued growth, we are seeking a hybrid Warehouse Associate / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role blends hands-on warehouse responsibilities with direct customer interaction, making it a key part of both our operations and customer satisfaction.Position SummaryThe Warehouse Associate / CSR will be responsible for managing order processing, shipping, and packaging while also serving as a point of contact for customer inquiries and support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with both logistics and people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable using multiple computer platforms. Key Responsibilities • Process, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment. • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including use of our UPS shipping account. • Enter, track, and update orders through our printing order/production system. • Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide order updates, answer questions, and resolve issues. • Create accurate invoices, shipping documents, and order records. • Collaborate with production staff to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to customer specifications. • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. • Provide excellent customer service by identifying solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and order management platforms. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Preferred Experience • Previous warehouse, logistics, or customer service experience. • Printing industry experience is a plus, but not required.
