Sales Manager Opportunity at Pack Tech Pack Tech, a renowned packaging company founded in Denmark in 1946, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to contribute to our growth in the United States. For over seven decades, we've been creating unique packaging solutions, with a keen focus on plastic packaging for the beauty industry. Our pioneering concept, Ocean Waste Plastic (OWP), sets us apart in the market. Now, we're in search of an experienced and driven Sales Manager to help us expand our traditional business and champion the OWP concept. About OWP: Ocean Waste Plastic is an innovative concept founded and owned by Pack Tech. With this initiative, we collect plastic waste from oceans and rivers, transforming it into new plastic granulate. This granulate is the foundation for our distinctive OWP packaging solutions. What We're Seeking: We are looking for a Sales Manager who is passionate about cultivating and expanding client relationships within the beauty industry. Our existing team consists of 10 direct sales professionals and 5 internal sales team members spread across Europe, the US, and Oceania. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to carve your niche in the market and work in alignment with our Danish headquarters' strategic direction. Your Responsibilities: As the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: · Develop new accounts within the beauty and personal care sector. · Acting on leads generated through our marketing efforts at the headquarters. · Managing the entire sales process, from initiation to closing deals. You'll have the support of our product experts and designers. · Managing your own sales pipeline and ensuring customer retention, with backup support from our internal sales team. Who You Are: We are looking for an individual who possesses the following qualifications and traits: · Extensive sales experience in the packaging industry. · Experience in plastic packaging (bottles, pumps, jars, etc.) and familiarity with the beauty industry. · A strong drive to develop new client accounts. · A proven track record in managing the sales process from start to finish. · Comfortable with client relationship management and addressing customer requests. · Enthusiasm for embracing market innovations and being an active participant in them. Travel is an integral part of this role, and you should anticipate occasional visits to our headquarters in Denmark, as well as frequent trips to meet customers.
