Full Description

We are recruiting an Indirect Loan Processor to join a leading financial organization at their corporate office in Sacramento. The Indirect Loan Processor is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and disbursing loan applications to maintain quality of program, ensure accuracy of loan information, and provide member and dealership satisfaction. Pay: $22 The ideal candidate will have previous banking experience, the ability to multitask with accuracy in a fast-paced environment and will have worked in a prior lending position performing contract review. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Reviews and audits loan documentation, verifying accuracy, identifying missing information, and resolving discrepancies with dealerships. • Evaluates loan applications to detect potential fraud and determine eligibility for funding under established guidelines. • Ensures compliance by maintaining knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations, including banking and anti-money laundering laws. • Processes loan funding by disbursing payments to dealerships and applying appropriate administrative fees. • Supports departmental operations, assisting with data gathering, report preparation, and communication of loan status to management and staff. • Provides flexible support by contributing to additional lending functions and projects as needed. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • A minimum of one year in a lending position performing contract review or similar is preferred. • Strong clerical support skills. • Excellent communication and telephone skills. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Working knowledge of credit reporting equipment, electronic banking equipment, ten key, facsimile machine, and personal computer filing.
