Duties • Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process. • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently. • Maintain accurate patient records. • Utilize dental software systems. • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered. • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area. • Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless patient flow and care. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Experience • Previous experience as a receptionist in a dental clinic or similar healthcare environment is required. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
