Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing priorities with corporate objectives, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative and measurable outcomes.Content Strategy & Brand Messaging: Provide strategic oversight of all content initiatives, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across digital and print channels. Lead the development of high-impact content strategies that educate, inspire, and convert target audiences, strengthening the company’s brand identity and market positioning.CRM & Marketing Automation: Oversee the strategic use of Salesforce and Pardot to drive customer lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, and segmentation. Ensure the CRM is optimized for performance, data accuracy, and actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.Market & Customer Insights: Lead the collection and synthesis of customer, market, and competitor insights to guide strategic decision-making. Translate feedback into actionable improvements in marketing tactics, product positioning, and customer experience.Marketing Operations & Collateral Development: Direct the creation and distribution of marketing assets that support sales and brand objectives, including digital content, sales collateral, and promotional materials. Ensure all collateral is visually compelling, aligned with brand guidelines, and tailored to various stages of the customer journey.Experience Design: Model Homes & Events: Strategically manage the visual presentation and customer experience of model homes, ensuring alignment with brand standards and buyer preferences. Collaborate with design and project teams to optimize presentation for showings, events, and promotional campaigns.Digital Strategy: Analyze digital performance metrics and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.Online Sales Enablement: Lead and mentor the online sales team, providing strategic direction, tools, and marketing support to maximize lead generation and online conversion.Project & Budget Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multiple concurrent marketing projects. Manage department budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.Industry & Market Expertise: Stay abreast of housing market trends, buyer behaviors, and competitive activity. Apply this knowledge to refine marketing messaging, innovate campaign strategies, and identify new growth opportunities.Vendor & Partner Oversight: Build and manage relationships with key external partners including agencies, designers, and suppliers.
