Lead strategic sales initiatives across the West region, manage distributor networks and direct sales, develop and execute business plans to meet and exceed sales goals, and analyze sales data to drive growth.
Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of new business development and account management with proven sales success, distributor management skills, and strong organizational and leadership abilities.

As the company continues to reach new milestones, its primary focus has been on expanding its presence in the U.S. market, driving business growth, and securing significant sales opportunities, elevating revenue from the early stages to multi-million-dollar levels. In this dynamic environment, the role will involve leading both farming and hunting strategic initiatives across the West region, developing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, and implementing tactical plans to achieve excellence in business execution while inspiring the team to succeed. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales objectives and expand the customer base. • Take full ownership of annual sales goals, consistently exceeding targets, and expanding the opportunity pipeline. • Oversee national distributors as well as sell directly. This involves setting strategic goals to enhance sales through the distribution network, working closely with the sales reps you are leading to align market strategies, and executing impactful sales and marketing initiatives. • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. • Deliver regular, insightful reports on sales activities and progress toward business objectives. • Analyze sales data to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions. • Stay ahead of emerging market trends and forecast future sales growth to ensure the organization remains competitive. Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering. A Master's degree in Business is a plus. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in new business development alongside account management experience with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets. • Demonstrated success in consistently delivering strong sales performance and driving business growth. • Exceptional skills in utilizing sales reps and distributors. • Highly organized, results-driven, and solution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet stringent deadlines.
