Pacific Health Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager who is passionate about leading teams and strengthening community connections. In this role, you will oversee both call-based and field outreach representatives who help connect individuals and families with essential healthcare services. You’ll combine hands-on leadership with strategic execution to grow enrollment, build meaningful partnerships, and advance our mission of making healthcare more accessible across local communities. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead, coach, and motivate Outreach Team Members (OTMs) and Street Outreach Representatives. Set goals, monitor results, and conduct regular trainings. Foster collaboration across departments to align sales strategies and ensure quotas are met. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement outreach plans that increase enrollment and engagement. Support team members in the field and guide major opportunities. Ensure all sales approaches reflect Pacific Health Group’s mission and values. Internal Sales (OTMs) Oversee call-based and digital outreach campaigns. Track campaign metrics and optimize conversion rates. Provide training, scripting, and support for consistent communication. Community Sales & Engagement Lead field-based outreach with community partners and CBOs. Support engagement at city halls, shelters, community centers, and local events. Build partnerships to expand visibility and strengthen referral pipelines. Operations & Reporting Maintain accurate records in CRM/project management tools. Report progress and outcomes to leadership regularly. Collaborate with operations and contracting teams on new partnerships. Core Skills Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities. Strategic mindset with proven sales acumen. Technical Skills Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar). Experience with Monday.com or similar platforms. Experience 5+ years in sales, outreach, or business development. Track record of exceeding sales goals. Experience managing or supervising a sales team. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Knowledge of healthcare or nonprofit sectors.
