Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing various construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of construction management principles and the ability to coordinate effectively with team members, clients, and subcontractors. Responsibilities • Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications. • Track drawing changes, create change orders procure materials • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore • Collaborate with estimators • Review contracts and ensure all parties understand their obligations while maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Track submittals and shop drawing approvals. • Communicate with client on changes, owner directives and design intents. Skills • Proficiency in ProCore and other construction management software is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and techniques. • Solid background in construction management principles • Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Knowledge of contracts related to construction projects is essential. • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
