The Job We are seeking a qualified Brand Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and maintain consistency across all marketing and sales channels. This role involves developing compelling content, managing diverse marketing assets, and enforcing brand standards to drive growth and market influence. The Brand Specialist will collaborate with internal teams including Creative Services, Sales, and the Growth Marketing Manager to optimize messaging, refine marketing materials, and enhance marketplace visibility. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on our brand's growth trajectory while working in a results-focused, collaborative environment. This position has a salary range of $65,000 - $80,000. This is an in-office role based out of our Downtown Vancouver office. Job Duties Content Development & Brand Positioning: • Develop client success stories (case studies) to build PEC’s authority. • Refine sales materials (presentation decks, roadmap pieces) in collaboration with the creative services specialist. • Ensure proposal templates are consistently branded and structured for effectiveness. • Conduct research to ensure brand consistency and relevancy in all materials. Marketing & Internal Brand Awareness: • Support internal teams to promote PEC’s brand across social media, email campaigns, and events. • Oversee website content updates to maintain branding consistency (technical updates handled separately). • Manage asset organization and tools for the sales team, including preparing for the future sales enablement platform/digital asset manager. Project Management & Execution: • Oversee marketing projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business goals. • Work cross-functionally with design, sales, and leadership teams to execute brand and marketing initiatives. • Support the Growth Manager with lead-generation content. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or content strategy. • Strong project management skills—able to coordinate multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally. • Experience developing branded content, sales materials, or marketing assets. • Understanding of brand consistency, messaging, and marketing strategy. • Experience collaborating with graphic designers and sales teams to create high-quality materials. • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Experience working with B2B or energy-related industries is a plus. • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CMS platforms, or design tools (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
