This is a cycle contract ending on December 31, 2026, with the possibility of an extension. Hi! We’re Pacific Campaign House, and we’re so excited to meet you! If we haven’t met before, we’re nationally recognized as one of the top firms for digital outreach and persuasion marketing to diverse audiences. We’re proud to have produced cutting-edge digital campaigns in over 10 different languages and have worked with a wide variety of Asian American Pacific Islander, Black, and Hispanic/Latino organizations. Some of our incredible clients include: DCCC, Equality California, Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), DNC, SEIU, and more! We’re currently hiring for a dynamic Creative Content Manager who can serve as our agency’s lead on content creation, curation, and short-form video across various digital channels. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing static and short-form video content for organic and paid media campaigns that connect mission-driven organizations and candidates to drive measurable results. You'll work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure our campaigns effectively resonate with our audiences. If you think you or someone you might know could be a good fit, we hope you’ll apply! Who you are: You’re a self-starter who constantly bookmarks examples of eye-catching digital content and is likely to be chronically online. You do less doom scrolling and more scrolling to study trends and have a million ideas you can’t wait to execute. You’re a strategic creative who knows how to make visual content that moves people - not just looks good. You have a strong eye, a deep understanding of how content creation connects to campaign goals, and the ability to translate messaging and audience insights into work that performs. This role will be a balance between copywriting, video production, and project coordination. You thrive in a remote working environment and have nailed down your working cadence. You equally enjoy working independently and collaborating with a team, especially graphic designers, video editors, project managers, and ad specialists. At PCH, we move quickly but with purpose - our work is mission-driven, deeply intentional, and grounded in culture and clarity. You thrive in that kind of environment. You like structure and process, but you’re also adaptable when plans shift. What makes you a good fit: You're a critical and creative thinker, who wants to lead the next trend rather than follow the current one. Your ability to think critically and strategically will be instrumental in crafting effective digital content that connects campaigns to online culture trends. You can manage content planning and implementation, timelines, and initiatives with creativity, ingenuity, and data-informed reasoning. You can jump on trends, memes, AND think outside the box to create memorable short-form videos and posts. You’re someone who loves working on a small but mighty team of passionate folks. You like that your voice doesn’t get lost. You enjoy the collaborative spirit of a small, remote team, where everyone's contributions are valued and celebrated. As a team player, you actively engage in virtual meetings, offer support and guidance to colleagues and clients, and foster a positive remote work culture. You’re a self-starter who thrives in an environment where your individual contributions have a significant impact on the team's success. You take ownership of your work and can own the content management house! You’re passionate about advocacy, nonprofit work, and elections - especially when it comes to outreach to diverse audiences. You have a genuine interest in nonprofit, advocacy, and political elections and are looking to support political campaigns and advocacy efforts through effective remote operations. You might have experience working on a political campaign, creating engaging content such as organic social media posts and videos to promote policies, platforms, and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Copywriting: Concept and produce short-form digital and social content (graphics, text, short-form video) for both clients and PCH’s own channels (Tiktok, IG, etc.) Draft copy for digital ads, scripts, and landing pages. Ensure brand voice and messaging across all deliverables. Proficiency with basic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.). Travel occasionally to video shoots and content capture trips, assisting with on-the-ground production. Employ industry best-practices for posting, hashtag usage, and monitoring/engaging in community management and KPIs. Project & Calendar Management: You’re used to balancing competing priorities and managing deadlines, and can pivot between strategies with ease. Support the development and maintenance of content calendars. Track deliverables and deadlines to ensure timely production and posting. Coordinate with designers, editors, and other team members to move projects from concept to execution. Campaign & Client Support: Assist with rapid-response content during breaking news or campaign moments. Collaborate across teams to bring added creative and operational capacity to PCH’s growing portfolio. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with PCH’s leadership, operations, and ads team to brainstorm, refine, and bring design work to life. Collaborate with team members to concept campaign themes, bounce ideas around, and co-create smart visual content. Participate in team meetings and don’t be afraid to share a thought, ask a question, or show something cool you found. Respond to feedback with professionalism and precision - even when timelines are tight and feedback rounds are quick. 2+ years of experience in high-volume digital campaigns, content strategy, or media production. Passion for or experience in the political space - must be excited about working in a campaign environment and advancing Democratic causes. Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for campaign messaging. Proven experience managing content calendars and creative workflows.
