Civil Engineer, Sr. Project Manager-Transportation (PE Required) Full-time exempt Professional Lake Oswego, OR, US Kirkland, WA. US Salary Range: $138,000 - $182,000 (USD) Annually PACE Engineers is a Pacific Northwest engineering firm providing civil and structural engineering, planning, surveying, and construction management services from offices in Washington and Oregon. You will oversee technical design, project delivery, client engagement, budgeting, and business development activities This job focuses on making connections with people and motivating them to achieve results in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. The ideal candidate displays poise, an engaging and empathetic communication style, and a sincere appreciation for people, with the ability to gain commitment and buy-in while driving toward shared goals. Success in this role requires strong initiative and self-direction, paired with skill in influencing, persuading, and selling ideas—whether advancing new internal processes or external products and services—by understanding individual motivations and linking them to team and organizational objectives. The role is highly dynamic, involving a variety of tasks and interaction with new groups, requiring the ability to quickly understand others, adapt to changing goals, delegate effectively, and train and develop team members as needed.
