From engineering projects to everyday MRO needs, you'll ensure the right materials and services arrive at the right time, at the right price. No pressure—just production lines counting on you. What You'll Actually Do •     Source smarter, not just cheaper – Negotiate competitive pricing while optimizing total cost of ownership •     Keep production moving – Manage PAC priorities and VMI programs to ensure zero disruptions •     Be the problem solver – Research discrepancies, coordinate returns, and resolve issues before they become crises •     Build your supplier network – Cultivate relationships that deliver value beyond the contract •     Drive continuous improvement – Because "that's how we've always done it" isn't in your vocabulary •     Master the ERP – Maintain flawless purchase order data and order schedules What You Bring to the Table Required: •     1-2 years of buying experience (you've been in the trenches) •     Manufacturing environment background (you understand what's at stake) •     High school diploma •     Proficiency in Microsoft Office •     Sharp analytical mind and exceptional organizational skills •     Communication skills that work across all levels—from the shop floor to the C-suite Preferred: •     Bachelor's degree •     Indirect and MRO purchasing experience •     Microsoft D365 and e-procurement tools expertise Why This Role Matters In manufacturing, delays cascade.
