We’re looking for a talented Frontend Web Developer with strong skills in React, Next.js, andTailwindCSS to help us craft elegant, scalable, & highly performant UIs for our web applications.If you have a passion for beautiful, responsive design & clean code, & want to help shape thenextgeneration of health-tech interfaces — this role is for you.Role Description / About the Job:As a Frontend Developer, you’ll join a lean, fast-paced engineering team shipping high-impactfeaturesto our users. You’ll collaborate with product & backend teams, influence UX, & help us raisethe baron design systems & accessibility.Remote Location(s):United States. Blossend is fully remote with optional hybrid in Austin, TX.Responsibilities:Develop responsive, accessible UIs using React, Next.js, & Tailwind CSS.Collaborate with design, product, & backend teams to build features end-to-end.Write clean, reusable components & implement best practices in UI/UX.Optimize frontend performance, SEO, & page load speed.Stay updated on trends in web development, design systems, & accessibility standards.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent practical experience.2+ years of experience in modern frontend development.Experience building applications with Tailwind, React hooks, SSR/SSG with Next.js.Familiarity with accessibility (a11y) & responsive UI design patterns.Basic knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3) & headless CMS integrations is a plus.Minimum Qualifications:3+ years experience in frontend development.Proficient in React & ecosystem (Next.js, JSX, state management).Experience integrating with REST APIs & working closely with backend teams.Familiarity with responsive design & mobile-first development.Your code will be seen by thousands of users — help us shape the public experience of Blossend &OpenMyDoctor.
