See the job description and application instructions for each below: Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) Commitment: 10 hours/week Compensation: Unpaid About the Campaign: Join the team working to elect a progressive, community-driven leader in Pennsylvania’s 3rd Congressional District. We’re building a people-powered campaign that fights to take on the establishment to make life more affordable for working families. Learn more at pabloforcongress.com Role Overview: Communications Fellow Support the campaign’s messaging and social media content creation efforts. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates passionate about storytelling, media strategy, and political communication. Responsibilities: • Draft/edit press releases and social media content • Monitor press coverage and assist in media outreach • Help manage social media accounts and engagement strategies • Create digital content (graphics, short videos, posts) to amplify campaign priorities • Assist with internal and external communications planning • Staff candidate at events to assist with filming content Qualifications: • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok) and social media trends • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus • Enthusiasm for progressive politics and social media Benefits: • Hands-on campaign experience in political communications • Opportunities for leadership development, mentorship, and networking • Potential for academic credit and professional letters of recommendation Application Instructions: Please email a resume and cover letter to info@pabloforcongress.com with “Comms Fellow – Your Full Name” in the subject line. Role Overview: Organizing Fellow Help recruit, train, and mobilize volunteers, and connect with community members across the district. Ideal for individuals interested in field organizing, grassroots engagement, and civic participation. This position offers exposure to the financial side of political campaigns, from donor relations to event planning.
