Warehouse Associate Location: Brisbane, CA Company: P&F Distributors Website: www.pfdistributors.com P&F Distributors, a family-owned leader in industrial piping and distribution since 1969, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring accurate receiving, efficient order fulfillment, and smooth warehouse operations. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, anticipates what needs to be done, and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Shipping & Order Fulfillment • Pick and select products according to sales orders with speed and accuracy • Palletize products and prepare shipments • Shrink wrap, stage, and load outbound trailers • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed) Receiving • Receive inbound shipments • Inspect products for damage, correct quantities, and order accuracy • Document and organize received material in the warehouse Inventory & Warehouse Support • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment • Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines • Assist with daily cycle counts as needed • Serve as a key participant in our bi-annual physical inventory counts • Complete paperwork with clear, legible writing • Follow verbal and written instructions accurately • Support warehouse team members and anticipate operational needs Physical Requirements • Frequently stand, walk, bend, and reach • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs • Work in varying warehouse conditions (heat, cold, outdoor loading areas) Qualifications • Must be 18 years of age or older • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • California driver’s license with a clean driving record • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Able to follow both verbal and written instructions • Solid paperwork and documentation skills (must be able to write legibly) • Prior warehouse or forklift experience is a plus, but not required Why Join P&F Distributors? • Family-owned business with long-term employee tenure • Friendly and supportive team • Growth opportunities within a stable, established company • Training provided for warehouse equipment and procedures Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week Benefits: • Health insurance • On-the-job training • Opportunities for advancement • Paid sick time • Paid time off • Profit sharing Work Location: In person
