We are seeking an accomplished Senior National Account Manager / Consultant to lead key retail partnerships and drive strategic growth across the U.S. bath category. In this senior role, you will manage key accounts at the national level, influence category direction, and provide consultative insights that strengthen our position with major retailers. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in account management within the bath, plumbing, or home improvement industry, along with a proven ability to deliver sustained revenue growth, negotiate complex programs, and build executive-level relationships. Key Responsibilities · Own and lead national account strategy for top-tier U.S. retailers in the bath and home improvement categories · Serve as the primary senior-level contact for buyers, merchants, and decision makers at club, mass, and home improvement channels · Develop and execute joint business plans that align with retailer initiatives and company objectives · Lead national line reviews and executive business reviews, presenting insights, category strategies, and product innovations · Identify opportunities for expanded distribution, exclusive programs, and high-visibility promotional placements · Partner with cross-functional leadership (marketing, product development, supply chain, finance) to deliver on account commitments and maximize profitability · Analyze retailer POS, syndicated data, and market trends to influence decisions and strengthen category leadership · Provide senior-level reporting, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to internal leadership teams · Mentor and support junior account managers in account management best practices · Travel up to 30% for customer meetings, line reviews, and in-store market assessments Qualifications · 7–10+ years of national account management, consulting, or sales leadership experience in retail or consumer goods; experience in bath, plumbing, or home improvement category strongly preferred · Demonstrated success managing multimillion-dollar accounts with major retailers (e.g., Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Target, or equivalent) · Proven track record of securing distribution gains, leading promotional programs, and driving double-digit growth at the national level · Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level · Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate syndicated data, retailer POS, and shopper insights into actionable strategies · Highly organized and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and CRM/analytics tools Comprehensive Benefits Package · Health, Dental and Vision Insurance · 401(k) retirement savings plan · Paid time off · Paid company holidays · Annual base salary + commission Work Location · Reno / Sparks NV · Remote for only those who reside outside of the area Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off • Tuition reimbursement • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
