Join our team at Oxford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an Activities Aide. Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services  Part-time opportunity available 9 AM- 5 PM 3 days a week EOW $3 PIB $15-$22 an hour Responsibilities of Activities Aide: • Facilitating daily, weekly and monthly events to encourage socialization and recreation for facility residents • Observing residents throughout the event and assisting with coloring, crafts, and other needs • Reporting medical concerns to supervisors if needed • Crafting, coloring, decorating, playing games, etc. Qualifications for Activities Aide: • Prior recreation/activities experience in a nursing home with dementia experience preferred. • An ability to demonstrate the knowledge and skill necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served. • High School Diploma or GED.
