About the Employer Oxford Preparatory Academy's (Oxford Prep) vision is to create a center for higher learning where students from transitional kindergarten to eighth grade are prepared to pursue university level academic studies, as well as gain skills to be successful in the global community of the 21st century. Job Summary The OPA Chief Business Officer (CBO) manages the daily operations of OPA. The CBO oversees and ensures that OPA business, finance, human resources, facilities, food services, and communications operations are well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people. OPA is seeking a CBO with strong leadership skills and the ability to approach school management from a creative point of view within the boundaries of law and policy. It is important that the CBO has the demonstrated knowledge and experience know-how to keep school operations in order, adds strategic vision to everyday activities, is highly efficient, and is a natural leader. The goals are to ensure the smooth running of OPA according to established policies and vision and to safeguard and augment the efficiency of OPA's operations, facilitating organizational development and long-term success. The CBO serves as a member of the Executive Director's cabinet and functions as the organization's finance officer.
