Job Description: • Work with industry-leading inbound opportunities — thousands of direct-mail inbound calls each month, plus a steady stream of live transfers from our in-house call center. • Represent Oxford Home Lending with professionalism while networking to create additional loan opportunities. • Drive new and repeat business by providing expert product knowledge and delivering unforgettable service. • Educate clients on loan options and recommend solutions that maximize their financial benefit. • Interview borrowers, review financial/credit data, and determine the best financing path for their needs. • Present pricing, terms, and credit details clearly and compliantly.
