In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with government-focused clients, driving revenue by identifying strategic staffing and consulting opportunities, and positioning our organization as a trusted partner for technical solutions in the government sector. WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive base salary, uncapped commissions and bonus opportunity • A collaborative work environment where you can thrive as an individual, and know that you are supported every step of the way • Team-building activities and social events in and outside of the office • Paid Time Off/Holidays • 401(k) Savings • Health, Vision and Dental • An award-winning onboarding and training program as recognized by the Association of Talent Development (ATD) • Opportunity to qualify for President’s Club • Oxford Cares, our philanthropic program, that allows you to commit not only to your work but to your community • Career advancement RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing client managers • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking • Understand client project needs, define technical resource requirements, and propose qualified consultants accordingly • Work closely with DSA and CS teams to ensure alignment between client needs and talent solutions • Educate clients on market trends, rate data, and skill demand to build trust and position the firm as a strategic advisor • Maintain accurate CRM records, document key client activity, and monitor consultant usage trends and project timelines • Facilitate contract terms, start dates, and billing arrangements for each consultant placement QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in business preferred • 3–7 years of experience staffing for Government Contracts/Government agencies through PRIME contractors • Prior experience working with significant system integrators providing IT consulting/services to the government • Understanding of Cleared Requirements/cleared Resources • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with GovWin, ZoomInfo, or similar tools is a plus
