Our client is a rapidly growing, values-driven manufacturer serving commercial and industrial customers across the United States. With multiple facilities nationwide, they are recognized as a leader in their field and are known for their strong commitment to people, quality, and operational excellence. they are seeking a Senior Product Manager - ERP Platform who will lead the ongoing development, optimization, and execution of the company's ERP system. This individual will serve as the bridge between business teams and technical partners, ensuring that workflows, accounting practices, and operations are effectively supported by the ERP. Key Responsibilities: • Own and manage the ERP roadmap, ensuring priorities align with organizational goals. • Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP requests, enhancements, and system improvements. • Partner with internal stakeholders and external developers to scope, design, and implement ERP solutions. • Lead ERP release management, including QA testing and user communication. • Analyze workflows across departments (finance, operations, sales, logistics) to identify automation and optimization opportunities. • Maintain a clear backlog with visibility and prioritization for leadership. • Balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day system support and troubleshooting. Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in ERP product management, project management, or business systems analysis. • Strong understanding of accounting and manufacturing workflows. • Experience working cross-functionally across business and technical teams. • Exceptional communication, prioritization, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, mission-driven culture. • Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, NetSuite, or similar platforms preferred.
