Role Description As a Health Plan Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring that our vendor/partners are meeting their contractual obligations. This role requires a strong understanding of health plan operations and vendor management. Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily program operations with vendors, focusing on the case installation process including group and member enrollment. Generate internal and external operational reports including stoploss reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our business needs and objectives. Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our health plan operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in health plan operations. Strong knowledge of health plan operations, with detailed focus on group and member enrollment. Experience managing vendor relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to work within and manage cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and ability to address multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
