We focus on creating affordable apartments designed for middle-income tenants using standardized floorplans enhanced by renter feedback. Our vertically integrated team consolidates multiple disciplines under one roof, promoting collaboration, innovation, and efficiency. This approach helps reduce construction costs and timelines while delivering quality housing solutions. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Director located in Oakland, CA. The Project Director will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning stages to completion. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and leading a cross-functional team to ensure project success. The Project Director will also focus on improving efficiencies and driving innovations in project execution. Qualifications • Experience in construction management and project planning • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Budget management and resource allocation experience • Problem-solving skills and ability to drive innovation • Proficiency with project management software and tools • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred • Previous experience in real estate development is a plus
