Additionally, this position manages critical business systems and user access governance frameworks to safeguard operational efficiency and promote best-practice adherence. The director fosters a culture of process excellence and knowledge sharing across the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge and process management strategy aligned with organizational goals. Guide change management initiatives for strategic projects, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement. Manage sites, tools, and governance frameworks in compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Process Management and Operational Excellence: Oversee the development and maintenance of operational flows and resources to support run-the-business (RTB) activities. Conduct audits, evaluations, and workflow assessments to identify gaps and support business owners. Knowledge Management and Documentation: Ensure the integrity and accessibility of organizational knowledge through centralized repositories, information architecture, version and chain of custody controls, and quality assurance protocols. Oversee quality and accuracy reviews for process resources and tools. Drive correspondence and records management activities to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely deliverables. Technology and Tools Administration: Manage business-critical platforms, portals, and tools to support operational and strategic objectives. Oversee user access governance for enterprise business portals, ensuring segregation of duties and recurring access reviews. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Own process communications, developing and deploying clear, concise, and engaging content to support business processes and strategic initiatives. Monitor and enforce quality standards for all communications, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational tone and branding guidelines. OTHER DUTIES Performs other duties as required. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Position does have direct reports. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education and/or Experience 4-year college degree or equivalent experience is required. 10 years of related experience. Experience managing direct and indirect teams, including internal and contracted employees. Experience with and/or understanding of information architecture, process mapping, change management, corporate communications, and access governance. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, or Professional Designations N/A SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES Demonstrated success in team leadership, program management, global delivery, relationship management, and change management. Strong leadership capabilities, cross-cultural aptitude, adaptability, influence, and innovation Business process analysis skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and excellent attention to detail. Financial management at corporate and department level. Personal effectiveness and credibility. Interpersonal and diplomacy skills. Computer Skills Computer and database savvy. SharePoint administration and site owner experience. Proficiency in multiple software applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Snag-It, and others as required by position. Ability to source and master new software to meet business needs. Language Skills Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. Mathematical Skills Ability to analyze data from team tools and leverage findings to implement process/tool changes as needed. College-level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand, interpret, develop, and implement action plans based on analysis of spreadsheet data.
