Job Description PAYROLL/HR ADMINISTRATOR – OLD TOWN We are looking for a Payroll/HR Administrator to join our administrative team. Duties include: • Code daily time data • Enter daily payroll data • Double check payroll data for pay checks • Run weekly direct deposits • Submit unemployment reports to state • Manage employee insurance status • Oversee CDL drug testing • Manage employee files • Scale trucks (w/ others) • Answer phone calls (W/ others) • Cross train for other tasks • Revise employee handbook • Update employee training videos • Other duties may apply as needed Schedule: • Monday through Friday • 40 hours per week • Overtime available if needed Benefits include: • Seven paid holidays • Accrued time off up to 40 hours annually year one and 80 hours annually after three years • Annual boot allowance • Employer sponsored health insurance • Voluntary life, disability, vision, and dental insurance • Direct deposit paid weekly Now is a great time to join the regional leader in ready mixed concrete operating twenty eight mixers from two portable and soon to be five fixed location concrete plants!
