Our mission is the construction and management of state-of-the-art data centers with the precision and reliability this industry demands. From high-end engineers to seasoned professionals, we deploy the people you need to get your data center off the ground. At Overwatch, it's more than a job. It's purpose. Role Overview The Hybrid Salesforce Admin & Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the full migration of Overwatch Mission Critical’s CRM, sales processes, automation workflows, and reporting infrastructure from HubSpot to Salesforce. This role combines hands-on Salesforce configuration with structured project management to ensure a smooth transition, minimal disruption, and improved data and workflow integrity across the organization. A key part of this role includes managing relationships with external Salesforce implementation partners, integration vendors, and contractors to ensure all technical work aligns with OMC’s business requirements and security standards. Key Responsibilities Project Management (40%) Own the full CRM migration project lifecycle—from scoping to deployment and post-launch optimization. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk assessments. Facilitate cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Leadership. Communicate project status, blockers, and deliverables with transparency and clarity. Manage and coordinate workstreams with external Salesforce integration vendors, consultants, and partners. Lead change-management efforts, including user rollout, SOP updates, and training. Salesforce Administration & Configuration (50%) Design and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture aligning with OMC’s business processes. Implement objects, fields, validation rules, record types, flows, and automations. Build secure data structures in compliance with OMC’s mission-critical security requirements. Develop dashboards, reports, and revenue-tracking frameworks tailored to leadership needs. Manage integrations between Salesforce, marketing platforms, SaaS tools, and internal systems. Collaborate with external integration partners to evaluate, implement, and support third-party Salesforce solutions. Ensure system scalability, documentation, and best practices across the Salesforce org. Migration & Data Management (10%) Map HubSpot data structures to Salesforce objects and fields. Oversee data extraction, cleansing, deduplication, and transformation. Validate imported data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and business logic consistency. Build migration scripts and workflows that minimize downtime and data discrepancies. Work closely with external technical teams to ensure data mapping, transformation, and imports meet OMC’s standards. Required Qualifications 3–5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud required). Proven experience leading at least one CRM migration (HubSpot → Salesforce preferred). Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue operations. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, permission sets, automation, and reporting. Solid project management ability (PMP, Agile, or comparable experience a plus). Experience collaborating with Salesforce ISVs, integration vendors, external consultants, or third-party implementation partners. Exceptional communication and documentation skills. Experience working in security-sensitive, compliance-driven, or regulated environments is a plus. Preferred Skills & Experience Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201 required; Platform App Builder or Advanced Admin a plus). Experience with tools such as Mulesoft, Zapier, HubSpot export utilities, or data-integration platforms. Exposure to FedRAMP, CMMC, ISO 27001, or other high-security frameworks. Ability to translate business needs into scalable system architecture. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience developing user training, SOPs, or process documentation. Vendor management experience, including evaluating integration partners, reviewing SOWs, and coordinating external project deliverables. Success in This Role Looks Like Seamless, error-free transition from HubSpot to Salesforce. Improved lead management, pipeline visibility, and sales forecasting accuracy. Automated workflows that reduce manual work for teams. Clean, structured CRM data with clear ownership and governance. High user adoption supported by clear training and intuitive configuration. Strong alignment and accountability between OMC and external Salesforce partners. A Salesforce environment that is secure, scalable, and aligned with OMC’s mission. Why Join Overwatch Mission Critical Work on impactful, mission-critical systems that support organizations with national-security sensitivity. High-trust culture with ownership, autonomy, and room to innovate. Opportunity to build a modern Salesforce environment from the ground up. Competitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling company. Physical Requirements and Work Environment This position operates primarily in an active data center construction environment, encompassing both indoor and outdoor work settings. The role requires the physical ability to perform essential job functions safely and effectively in a dynamic environment that includes ongoing construction activity and evolving site conditions. The work environment includes areas and temporary structures owned, leased, or controlled by third parties over which Overwatch may have limited or no control. Because the project remains under construction, certain areas of the site — including access routes, staging zones, and temporary structures — may not yet be fully ADA-compliant until construction is complete or those third-party areas are finalized. Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, twist, bend, and climb stairs or ladders for extended periods while navigating uneven, unpaved, or obstructed terrain. Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Must be able to drive between job sites and access all areas of an active construction zone, including raised platforms, scaffolding, and confined spaces. Must be able to tolerate exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, and construction-related noise, vibrations, and odors. Must be able to communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and site personnel, and maintain situational awareness in high-activity environments. Personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety vests, hearing protection, and steel-toe boots, is required. Must have sufficient visual acuity to read drawings, specifications, and safety signage, and to observe site activity. Work Environment: Work is performed primarily in and around active construction areas, which may include unfinished buildings, temporary field offices, staging areas, and partially completed infrastructure. These locations may contain uneven surfaces, limited accessibility, and other conditions typical of construction projects prior to final completion. Overwatch does not control and cannot modify accessibility conditions within areas, facilities, or temporary structures owned or managed by third parties. Reasonable Accommodation: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position, provided such accommodations do not create safety hazards, impede essential mobility within active work zones, or require modification of facilities not owned or controlled by Overwatch. Benefits: Overwatch Construction offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and relocation assistance available.
