Full Description

Description: • Lead end-to-end implementation of GPO services for new and transitioning healthcare clients • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Finance, IT, Vendors) • Oversee item master and formulary conversion to align with GPO contracts • Ensure accurate setup of contract pricing, tiers, and distribution agreements • Validate savings opportunities through benchmarking and cost analysis • Act as primary client point of contact during implementation and provide status reports • Guide hospital leadership through transition from prior GPO and facilitate adoption of new processes • Track realized savings against pro forma projections and transition client to account management team Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, Business, or related field • 2+ years of experience in healthcare supply chain, GPO, or implementation/project management • Strong knowledge of hospital purchasing, contracting, and supply chain operations • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and change management skills • Financial analysis experience a plus • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Benefits:
