Lead end-to-end GPO service implementations for healthcare clients, manage project plans, coordinate teams, oversee contract and data integration, engage clients, manage change, and track performance.
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years experience in healthcare supply chain, GPO, or project management with strong communication, relationship-building, and change management skills.
Client Success Manager - GPO Implementations ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Project Management o Lead end-to-end implementation of GPO services for new and transitioning healthcare clients. o Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables. o Coordinate cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Finance, IT, Vendors). • Contract & Data Integration o Oversee item master and formulary conversion to align with GPO contracts. o Ensure accurate and timely setup of contract pricing, tiers, and distribution agreements. o Validate savings opportunities through benchmarking and cost analysis. o Conduct financial analysis as necessary for contract tier optimization. • Client Engagement o Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation. o Conduct regular status meetings, provide progress reports, and manage issue resolution. o Support client education on GPO model, compliance, and reporting tools. • Change Management o Guide hospital leadership and supply chain teams through transition from prior GPO. o Facilitate adoption of new processes, policies, and compliance requirements. o Address barriers to implementation and escalate risks as needed. • Performance Tracking o Track realized savings against pro forma projections. o Provide reporting on compliance, contract utilization, and cost reduction. o Transition client to ongoing account management team post-implementation. ________________________________________ Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, Business, or related field • 2+ years of experience in healthcare supply chain, GPO, or implementation/project management. • Strong knowledge of hospital purchasing, contracting, and supply chain operations. • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and change management skills. • Financial analysis experience a plus. ________________________________________ Success Profile • Strong operator mindset with ability to anticipate client needs. • Skilled at balancing savings identification with savings realization. • Adept at working across clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
