Full Description
Job Description: • Partner with the Chief of Staff to the CEO and senior leaders to evolve and scale the V2MOM framework as the foundation of planning, alignment, and delivery. • Drive the operational rhythm of the V2MOM across all stakeholders on behalf of the Office of the CEO, ensuring transparency, cadence, and accountability. • Oversee the full rollout and adoption of the V2MOM across the company, tracking progress and status. • Design and lead training, enablement sessions, and communication cadences to embed the V2MOM into how we lead and operate.
