Full Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating packaging machinery, preparing products for shipment, and ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: • Operate packaging machines and equipment according to established procedures • Inspect products for defects and ensure proper labeling and packaging • Assemble boxes, containers, and packaging materials as needed • Monitor production lines to identify issues or malfunctions • Maintain accurate counts of packaged products • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines • Follow all company policies, GMP, and safety regulations • Assist with inventory and material handling as required • Perform routine equipment checks and notify supervisors of any maintenance needs Requirements: • Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse operations preferred • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Basic math and counting skills • Willingness to work overtime or different shifts when needed • Reliable attendance and positive, team-oriented attitude Pay: $21.70 - $26.10 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
